Our Farmhouse Over the Ages

Taken a year or so ago, It is still a work in progress. We added to the back of the house, added a room on each side, dug the floor of the basement down a foot, added the porch to the left, and of course new hardy board siding, a new metal roof and some new windows.

This is pretty much how our farmhouse looks today. There have been a few changes since this was taken and there are a few more on the way.

This is our farmhouse when we came to Ohio in 2013. As you can see it was boarded up and had been for about 50 years.

We removed that old front porch and added one on the side.

This is our house with my great grandmother and grandfather, my grandmother (the oldest daughter) and three of my other great aunts. Because of the ages of the girls, we believe this was taken about 1906.
